Recent clinical studies on Viagra have shown that the popular erectile dysfunction drug has the ability to cause users to suffer from vision loss or sudden blindness, which is called non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION is a condition which causes blindness in one eye.

The FDA has found that there are certain men who are at a higher risk for non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy which include men who:
